The most efficient farming method isn't bonking high-level Plague mobs one by one; it's straight-up looting Ancient Chests in Swamp Crypt Tablet Houses, which can pop up to 11 powders at once. A lot of rookies get hard-stuck on this resource because they are simply grinding in the wrong map. Quagmire Powder exclusively drops in the game's third biome: the Cursed Swamps.
