1. Primary contact (this website)
For questions, corrections, or business inquiries relating specifically to Windrose Atlas (this website), please email:
We do not operate a web contact form on this Site. Email allows us to handle requests in a single auditable thread and reduces automated spam.
2. What to include in your message
To help us respond efficiently, please provide:
- A clear subject line (for example: “Map pin correction”, “Wiki table typo”, “Partnership inquiry”);
- The full URL of the page or section concerned;
- A concise description of the issue or request, and any evidence (screenshots, patch version, or in-game reference) that supports it;
- Your preferred language of reply, if not English.
3. Official game support (not handled here)
The address above is for communication regarding this fan website only. We cannot process Steam refunds, lift account sanctions, reset progress, or provide technical support for the Windrose game client. For those matters, please use the official Windrose website, Steam support, and other channels published by the game’s rights holders, including the links provided in our site footer.
4. Legal and copyright notices
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and wish to report alleged copyright or trademark infringement, do not use a generic “Contact” subject line alone. Follow the procedure and required information set out on our Copyright page and send your notice to the same email address with the subject line specified there (“Copyright Notice” or “Trademark Notice”). Incomplete notices may delay processing.
5. Privacy-related requests
For questions about how we handle personal data, or to exercise rights that may apply to you under applicable law, please email contact@windrosegame.xyz with “Privacy” in the subject line and refer to our Privacy Policy for context.
6. Response times
We read incoming mail regularly but do not guarantee a fixed response interval. Complex issues (for example, legal reviews or large data corrections) may require additional time. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within a reasonable period, you may send a single polite follow-up; duplicate threads across multiple addresses may be merged or ignored.
